Affinity Sutton Group board
The Affinity Sutton Group is overseen
by a board which brings a broad range of skills, experience and
knowledge to their role from fields ranging from legal services,
finance and property, to the governance and management of housing
associations.
The Board is responsible for defining the
strategy and objectives of the Group. In particular, it
approves the vision, purpose, business and management plans, and
establishes Group wide policies and plans to achieve its
objectives.
The board meets formally at least six times a year and also
spends time in ‘away day’ strategic sessions, and on training and
development.
