Ken Shipman
Ken joined the Group in September 2007 as
Chairman of CBS. He was appointed to the Affinity Sutton Homes
Board with effect from 1 Jan 2012 and continues his service as
Chairman of CBS as part of his role.
Ken has over 30 years experience in property
management and development and financial services, and
has previously sat on the board for both Wherry Housing
Association and Circle Anglia.
