A helping hand
Sometimes people need a helping hand and we offer a
wide range of services aimed directly at improving the quality of
life for some of our communities' most vulnerable
people.
Services include enabling older people to live independently in
our retirement schemes, helping people with special needs manage
and maintain their tenancies, supporting those with addiction
problems such as alcohol or drug abuse and providing a stepping
stone towards independence for vulnerable or disadvantaged young
people.

How to apply
In some areas of the country we advertise and allocate our
available homes through our choice based lettings scheme called
Home
Choice.
In other areas of the country all of our
available homes will be advertised and allocated through the local
council’s choice based system. In those areas the local authority
criteria will be used to assess your eligibility.
Our
Housing Options Wizard will guide you through
what the possible housing options are for you and where
appropriate, will provide you with the link to the relevant
location authority system to apply for housing.
