Graduate opportunities
Our graduate development scheme is a
launching pad for careers across the business. Rather than
recruiting to this programme at a set time each year, we re-launch
the scheme to match the needs of the business.
The scheme is not currently open to
applications, but please check back throughout the year for updates
on the timing of the next intake. You can also register an
interest in the scheme by emailing us at recruitment@afinitysutton.com.
To give you an idea of the scheme itself, our
current scheme lasts two years and gives participants real
responsibilities on real projects, practically from day one. In the
first year, you work across various departments within our business
to help discover your niche. The second year provides a chance to
specialise in a preferred function and study for our accredited
management diploma. After that, there’s no limit to how far you can
go in the organisation.
