Support services

Our support services
We believe that all our residents should be given the
opportunity to lead fulfilling, independent lives and be a valued
part of their local communities.
To make this happen we provide a range of
support services across the regions we work. These services are
provided in an individual’s home, or safe environment and the
support can last up to two years.
The aim of the support is to help people
manage their homes and improve the quality of their lives. A
comprehensive assessment is carried out by our staff who then draw
up a support plan that is specifically about achieving the goals
and aspirations identified by each individual. Our specialist
support services cover:
- Retirement housing
- Extra care housing for the frail elderly
- Support for young people including specialist
help for young mothers
- Specialist housing and support for people
with a learning disability
- Support for people with severe and enduring
mental health problems
- Tenancy sustainment support for people with a
disability or who have an alcohol or substance abuse problem
- Domestic violence services
- Respite service
- Support and temporary accommodation for
homeless individuals and families
- Specialist support to the Gypsy Traveler
community in Bromley
