Rugby residents get sporty

Young residents in the Admirals area of Rugby benefitted from some new sports activities in the May half term.

The activities, organised by Affinity Sutton with Rugby Borough Council sports coaches was delivered over five days which consisted of four days of sports coaching. The aim was to increase the provision for young people in the area.

The project was a great success with and average of 19 young people turning out each day. Affinity Sutton and Rugby Borough Council are now working together to offer further and more diverse activities for young people from the Admirals area.
