Affinity Sutton Customer Contact Centre (0300 100 0303 low rate call) operates between Monday to Friday 8am and 8pm (Wednesday 10am – 8pm). Should you need to speak to your Neighbourhood Officer in person, we will try to transfer your call directly to your Neighbourhood Officer’s mobile phone. If they are not available, then a Neighbourhood Officer will return your call before the end of the next working day.

Estate Inspections

Estate inspections take place on the last Tuesday of every month, except for December 2012 when we'll meet on the 18th. We meet at 1pm at the estate office.
