between Monday to Friday 8am and 8pm (Wednesday 10am – 8pm). Should
you need to speak to your Neighbourhood Officer in person, we will
try to transfer your call directly to your Neighbourhood Officer’s
mobile phone. If they are not available, then a Neighbourhood
Officer will return your call before the end of the next working
day.
