• Develop links and partnerships with other agencies and service providers to deliver sustainable communities.
• Identify, deliver and develop special projects, new ideas and initiatives that will benefit local neighbourhoods.
• Support residents to help them maintain their tenancies.
• Involve residents at neighbourhood level.
• Ensure residents have equal access to services that meet the diverse requirements of our residents.
• Introduce a staffing structure to ensure the delivery of excellent neighbourhood management services to our residents.
