How to log in to view your rent account
Having problems logging in? Here are a few tips...
To register you need to use your Current
Account Number. Type the number in missing out the
For example, if your Current
Account Number is 414301500/01, you will need to type in
Make sure that the number you are using is not
your Tenant Reference Number or your Allpay Number. If you're
unsure as to what your Current Account Number is - you can
find this on your Rent Statement.
Any numbers beginning with '633880' or '982690' will not
work - please note this is not your Current Account
Number. This is your AllPay number. You will need to use the number
stated on your Rent Statement - see below.
The Current Account Number is circled in red. Click on the
image below to enlarge:
Your Current Account Number may
contain similar characters such as the letter "O" and the number
"0" - be careful not to mix these up.
Who can register?
The person registering should be the main tenant for your home.
Please refer to your Rent Statement to identify who is
registered as the main tenant.
If you have previously used SeeMyData (for example if
you were a Broomleigh tenant) you won't be able to sign in
using your old credentials. You will need to re-register.
