National Residents' Council
Around 100 of our most involved residents met in Birmingham at
our first ever National Residents Council.
The two day event saw residents meeting with the Group
Chairman, newly formed Affinity Sutton Board, Group Executive Team
and senior members of staff to review how well we are doing on a
broad range of topics and make suggestions for improvement. We also
held an awards dinner celebrating the good work residents are doing
in their communities.

Sutton told residents that they were at the heart of Affinity
Sutton’s business and they had the chance to put their own views
and thoughts across on a range of topics through various workshops
and interactive sessions, using hand-held voting devices.
Neil McCall, Group Operations Director at
Affinity Sutton said; “There was a great mix of residents from
across the country and we received some really valuable feedback
that we look forward to using to shape our future strategic
business plans.“
