This 3 hour course aims to give residents an overview and

residents to get involved, identifies barriers to involvement and

Sutton can do to address issues and what residents and communities

skills required for working on a committee and is particularly
relevant to residents who are, or want to be, involved in groups

This full day course aims to help participants gain the skills
and confidence required to present information about a project,
issue or idea to their group,landlord and other agencies. |

| Resident inspection and mystery shopping |
This two day course is designed for residents who are working
with Affinity Sutton staff to develop their opportunities to
influence performance across a range of services. It
will focus on how you can play an active role in the inspection of
Affinity Sutton and will cover the main techniques that can be used
for inspection. The course will be interactive with group work,
which will help with the development of effective team
