Consultation has been going on with residents, stakeholders and the residents’ board to work up a scheme for the regeneration of both the Leybridge and Newstead estates. The stock transfer of homes took place on 12 October 2009 from Lewisham Council.

We are working with our employees agent Baily Garner and our architects PRP to produce a scheme that residents on the estates will have contributed to and will be proud of.

Over the next three years, £25 million will be spent on the estates, so we want to make sure that the money spent will be providing what the residents need and want on their estates.
