We’re one of the country’s top developers of affordable homes. Last year we completed 786 new properties and started 1,239 new homes.

With around 3,000 new homes in our programme this year, we’re committed to tackling the shortage of affordable housing. We work in a responsible and environmentally sustainable way. Our homes are well designed, desirable, and make a positive contribution to local communities.

Where we work

  • Our development programme provides up to 1,000 rented and low cost home ownership homes each year in over 40 Local Authority areas throughout the country.
  • A significant proportion of our programme is in London and the Thames Gateway where we are currently working with 13 London Boroughs.
  • In the South East we have a strong programme in over 20 major towns and cities in the region and we are also providing new rural housing in Kent and Sussex.
  • We are also providing new homes in major towns and cities in the South West, East, Midlands and North Regions.
