Canada Water, Southwark
233 new homes for affordable rent and
part buy/part rent are to be developed over a five year
programme. These include one, two and three bed
apartments.
The scheme is part of Barratt Homes’ larger
Canada Water development which includes a total of 900 homes,
leisure facilities, shops and offices. Barratt Homes selected
Affinity Sutton as development partner to provide 35% affordable
homes under the S106 planning agreement.
