Keeping our residents informed

We make sure we keep our residents updated and informed about our services and any changes that may affect them as a customer.

We use a variety of different channels to communicate with residents including print, telephone, face to face and digital communications.

We involve residents in the production of much of our communications through a variety of different methods including focus groups, questionnaires and surveys.
