climate Affinity Sutton remains financially strong as demonstrated
by our continued Aa2 Moody’s Investor rating and this year
delivered one of our best underlying financial performances.

Affinity Sutton Funding is a special purpose vehicle. It is used
to raise and manage the private finance neeeded to meet the Group's
funding requirements and is currently responsible for over £1.3
billion of loan facilities.
