Affinity Sutton Group Board
The Affinity Sutton
Group Board determines strategy and policy, on advice from
The Group Executive Team (GET); GET
implements the Board’s strategy and policy, and the Board monitors
GET's achievements and holds them to account.
The Board is not involved in the day to day
management of the Group, which is delegated to the Group Chief
Executive, Keith Exford, and the Group Executive Team.
Operating company boards
In additon to the Affinity Sutton Group Board, the three main
operating companies of Broomleigh, Downland and William Sutton also
have boards. These groups govern the specifc operating companies,
provide accountability, resolve tension between stakeholders, give
advice to management and provide strategic direction.
Affinity Sutton appoints new Chair
Neil Goulden, Executive Chairman of the Gala Coral
Group, has joined Affinity Sutton as our new
Chair.
He has taken up his post following the
retirement of former Chair Alan Kilburn OBE, on the 29 July.
