Keith Exford - Group Chief
Executive
A leading figure in the UK social housing sector, Keith is a
member of the National Housing Federation’s National Council and
Board, taking on key advisory roles with a focus on sector
regulation. He is also vice chair of the G15 Group of London’s
largest housing associations and a member of the Joseph Rowntree
Foundation's Housing Market Taskforce.

Rod Ainsworth - Group Legal Director
and Company Secretary
Previously with the Audit Commission and a
former special advisor to the Cave Review, Rod brings a wealth of
experience to the Group.
He continues to focus on strengthening the
Affinity Sutton Group Board, committees and corporate governance
arrangements.

Jonathan Cawthra - Group Resources
Director
Committed to investing in our people and
growing our own future leaders the Group was awarded ‘One to Watch’
status and judged a great place to work in the Sunday Times Best
100 companies poll two years running under Jonathan’s
leadership.

Nick Dudman - Group Asset Management
Director
Nick is responsible for the delivery of
planned maintenance and improvement programmes, repairs,
negotiation of major contracts and strategies for future investment
in our homes.
He also makes the most of our buying power to
secure the best deals for our residents.

Kerry Kyriacou - Group Director of New
Business and Development
Kerry brings with him extensive
experience in both commercial and residential
development. His background as qualified
architect and member of the Royal Institute of British Architects
has influenced Affinity Sutton’s strong commitment to creating well
designed homes and communities. He is also on the Board of
the Housing Forum.
Under Kerry’s directorship, Affinity Sutton
completed 1,200 new homes in the last year.

Neil McCall - Group Operations
Director
Neil has overall responsibility for the
delivery of landlord services; focusing on customer services,
housing management and resident involvement for all of our general
needs and supported housing customers.
Committed to continuous improvement Neil will
also develop a customer contact strategy incorporating telephone,
digital and other new media.

Mark Perry - Group Commercial
Director
Responsible for property management
specialists Grange, building services providers CBS and
homelessness charity BHT, Mark also guides the Group’s approach to
mergers and acquisitions.
He is also further developing the Group’s
social business ethos - focusing on initiatives that change lives
and communities through tackling worklessness and promoting
financial inclusion.

Mark Washer - Group Director of
Finance
Mark’s role picks up all aspects of the
Group’s finances. He is responsible for Treasury and
Corporate Finance, Financial Services, and Financial Planning and
Performance. Mark is also responsible for Information
Management Systems.
Mark is currently chair of the G15’s Finance
Director’s Group.
