As part of the Affinity Sutton Group, William
Sutton Homes still exists as a legal entity. The William
Sutton board governs William Sutton Homes, provides accountability,
resolves tensions between stakeholders, gives advice to management
and provides strategic direction.

Mike Herring - Chairman
As an independment member, Mike brings almost 40 years of house
building experience to William Sutton Homes. He was the co founder
of the Housing Foundation, founder member of the Droitwich Spa
Housing Association and also the former Vice Chairman of the
Festival Group. As well as being the Chair of the William
Sutton Homes Board, Mike is also on the Affinity
Sutton Group Board and the Aashyana Housing Association Board (one
of the Group's subsidaries).
