We provide a range of housing and community focused
services to 54,000 households across 122 local authorities from
Newcastle upon Tyne in the North East to Plymouth in the South
West.
One of the biggest providers of affordable housing in the
country we now trade as a single organisation – Affinity Sutton.
Our approach is to put our customers first through minimising
bureaucracy, creating efficiencies and maximising
opportunities.
Our structure is designed to deliver excellent services across
the country, yet be flexible to local needs. This approach
has led to customer satisfaction levels of 84 per cent and is
supported by our 1,500 staff who work across a network of over 200
local offices up and down the country.
As well as renting, repairing and managing
homes we are also one of the country’s top developers of new
homes. Last year we completed 1,200 new homes and this year
we have 3,400 new homes under construction.
Our group is complemented by a small number of specialist
organisations: Aashyana, BHT and Community Building
Services.
