Our people

We have over 1,500 staff who work across the country. We need good people to deliver good services and all our staff attend specially designed customer training.

We are one of just seven housing associations in the UK – and less than one per cent of all organisations in the country – to achieve the Investors in People Gold Award, a national quality standard to recognise well-managed organisations that place high emphasis on best practice, people management and personal development.
