and what options are available to you and explain the next
steps.
If we have a suitable property and we think
you may be eligible, you will be asked to have a free financial
assessment to see what share you can afford.
You will also be asked to complete an
application form with the local HomeBuy agent (the ‘one stop’
registration service for your area) and sometimes you may also need
to be registered with your Local Authority. Specific criteria will
be detailed on the information for each property.
If we can’t help you, we will always endeavour to point you in
the right direction.
