Eligibility
To be eligible for one of our Rent4Less
properties:
- You need to be in employment
- Your household income must be sufficient to pay the rent and
leave you with a reasonable amount left for living costs (we will
assess this using our ‘affordability’ criteria).
- You need to have a good credit history and must not have any
County Court Judgments against you.
- You must not own your own home or have savings or equity that
would enable you to do so.
- You must be over
18
- You must not be related to an
Affinity Sutton staff member
You’ll also need to be able to pay 4 weeks’
rent as a deposit and 4 weeks rent in advance.

Our Rent4Less properties are currently
advertised on the Find A Property website so please check this to
see if there is anything available. If you do find a property you’d
