Our salaries are competitive both within the

Time out!
Holiday
Our people join us on 25 days’ holiday, with
bank holidays on top. That rises to 30 days’ after three years’
service, so if you’re planning a day trip or saving for a holiday
you’ll have some flexibility to take the time you need when it
suits you most!
Food for thought
But why wait for a holiday to treat yourself –
we’ve also teamed up with tastecard, the UK’s largest diners’ club!
For a small fee our people can become tastecard members and receive
50% OFF their total food bills at over 2,500 fabulous restaurants
throughout the UK.

and as a business for social purpose we’re passionate about doing
all we can to help people put down roots.
We go beyond charity donations and fundraising
events, because there’s something much more rewarding about being

others. Under our volunteer scheme ‘Hands on’, our people have the
opportunity to get away from the day job and out into the community

To help you improve and maintain your fitness
and well-being we’ve negotiated a corporate membership rate
which offers you discounted gym membership.
Cycle to work
And, if you prefer your work-outs to be a bit
more scenic and want to cycle to work, we work with Halfords once a
year to help you to buy a new bike and safety gear
Eye care
If your role requires regular use of the
computer, we’ll also provide you with a voucher to cover the cost
of an annual eye-test, and if you’re prescribed glasses for
computer use, we’ll also contribute to the cost of these.
Travel assistance
Interest-free loan
We want to help our people as much as we can,
and that’s why we offer interest free season ticket loans and
relocation assistance. With a national remit, everyone has access
to the travel and subsistence provisions for business travel.
