Effective management is a hallmark of
every successful organisation. Good managers don’t appear out of
thin air, however, and leadership is not a skill to be learned
solely on the job. We believe managers have to be developed and
supported through a formal structure.
The Leadership in Action programme is our way to provide that
structure. The scheme was created to unlock the management
potential of current employees and nurture the talents of new
recruits.
It’s aimed at first level managers, and features eight modules
which enhance your leadership skills, while giving you a wider
understanding of the business.
Accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management, the
programme leads to a nationally recognised qualification.
