Your development at Affinity Sutton is a two way thing. You’re encouraged to take the initiative by suggesting qualifications that would benefit both you and the business but you’ll need to also show ambition, application and commitment. In return, you can count on our support and encouragement.

Just one of the ways that we support our people is through sponsorship to gain qualifications and membership of professional bodies.

We’re committed to growing our own so providing that financial support to help them get on isn’t something we find difficult to do, and that development can be at any level. Right now, we have people studying anything from Masters degrees to NVQs in Customer Service.
