Whether you join us as a trainee, a director or
anything in between, we’re committed to your
development.
We’ll put together a personal
development plan for you before you start even start here. Your
plan will include an invitiation to our corporate induction day
where you’ll have the opportunity to meet Keith Exford, our Chief
Executive along with other members of the Executive
Team.
You’ll have regular 1:2:1 meetings with your
manager every four to six weeks where you and your manager will
discuss your performance and development needs. You’ll also attend
regular team meetings to keep you informed of current business
matters.
As part of our commitment to investing in our
people, we advertise all our vacancies within the business.
Forty per cent of those jobs go to existing staff ; some
moves are internal promotions, whilst others are a chance to try
something new. Because we’re committed to growing our own
we’ll support you every step of the way.
It’s not surprising that we’ve been awarded
Investors in People Gold status. With only around 2% of all
organisations holding Gold status it’s an award we’re extremely
