Potential senior managers

We know that the senior leaders of tomorrow have to be
identified and nurtured today. That’s why we take such a proactive
approach to developing leaders - exemplified by the Roffey Park
Diploma in Leadership.
This programme is aimed at high performing
managers with the potential to play a significant role at the very
top levels of the business. The selection process for places is a
competitive one. In effect, we are creating a talent pool who can
step up to meet our future challenges and capitalise on
opportunities as they arise.
The programme lasts approximately 12 months
and includes a mixture of residential courses and learning days; it
takes participants out of their comfort zones and beyond as they’re
challenged with strategic problem solving and critical
reflection.
The results speak for themselves; many of the
managers who’ve recently undertaken the programme have had the
chance to take on more senior roles and get involved in real-life
strategic projects. One of our recent delegates commented “The
