Following various mergers and changes you’ve told us that it can be difficult to know which telephone number to use.
 
To help solve this we have introduced one telephone number for all your non-repair enquiries. This will mean that all your queries are dealt with in the same way.  

You also told us that you don’t like 0845 numbers because they can be expensive to call from mobile phones and we agree with this. You’ll notice that the new number is an 0300 number. This means that it costs the same to call us from a landline or a mobile phone and the call will be charged at what’s called lo-call rate. This is the same as if you were to call 01 or 02 numbers and if you have a free call element in your phone tariff our new number will be included.

The number is live NOW. So save it in your mobile phone as Affinity Sutton. Also look out for the spring edition of Shine which will include a handy fridge magnet with the new number.

You can call us Monday to Friday from 8am in the morning into the early evening.

Please note that all the repairs contractor phone numbers remain unchanged – this new number is just for the Affinity Sutton Contact Centre.
