Affinity Sutton’s success as one of the country’s leading housing associations is demonstrated by our financial strength (Aa3 negative* Moody’s Investor Rating) and our ambitious housebuilding programme. (*July 2016)
Last year our sound business resulted in a surplus of £145m on a turnover of £386m, all of which was invested in new and existing homes. During the year we completed 1,041 new homes, including 870 for below market rent and shared ownership and invested £148m into our new and existing homes (2015/16).
We are committed to further growing our business and our preferred approach is to work with a range of both public and private sector partners. On these pages we set out our performance, financial strength, investor profile, housebuilding programme and how you can support us in achieving our ambitions and help people put down roots.
