Direct Debit

There are several ways you can pay your rent but the most convenient is by Direct Debit.                      

With direct debit there’s no queuing in shops or post office. If you currently pay your gas or electric by direct debit why not pay your rent the same way? You can complete the online Direct Debit form or call us and ask to set up a direct debit.

Standing order

If you wish to pay by standing order you'll need to go into your bank or building society or log in to your personal online banking account to set this up.

This automated telephone system accepts bank debit cards only. Before phoning you will need your allpay 19 digit card number (the number across the middle of your allpay card) and bank card details.Your payment usually appears on your rent account the next working day.

Please make cheques payable to Affinity Sutton Homes Ltd, and send to Maple House, 157-159 Masons Hill, Bromley, Kent, BR2 9HY.

Paypoint or Post Office

Use your rent card to pay at any post office by cash, cheque or using your debit card.

Also, look out for the PayPoint sign at your local shop, newsagent or petrol station and use your rent card to pay there with cash – making sure you keep hold of your receipt.

  • Post Office maximum payment per transaction £999 cash, debit card or cheque made payable to Post Office LTD.
  • Paypoint outlets – local newsagents and garages. The maximum payment transaction £124.99 but if you need to pay more than this it will allow multiple transactions.
