Changing signage on estates

A sign of progress

Much of our signage has seen better times, so we’re carrying out a project to gradually replace all the signs on our estates.

We recently piloted our new signage at Turpington Lane and Bolton and the resident feedback we received from these will make sure that our signs are clear, attractive and long-lasting.

With over 55,000 homes in 100 local authorities, we think the project will take us about two years to complete.

The first phase of the project is to audit all our estates to find out what signs are needed. When we know the scale of the overall project, we’ll be able to make a timetable to install new signs on the highest priority estates.
