Categories
The theme for our last photo competition was 'My
Community'.
We separated the competition into three
categories.
Category One - My Community: Past
Here we're looking to see images showing the heritage of your
community. They can be pictures from way back when that you can
scan and send to us, or snaps of old buildings or historical places
in your local area.
Category Two - My Community: Present
In this category we want to see photos of the things you love
about your neighbourhood, street, town or city. Urban or
rural, people pictures or landscape shots - be creative!
Category Three - My Community: Past meets
Present
Here's the fusion of past and present - old meets new,
technology versus tradition. Your picture needs to show both
elements of past and present. This could be the mixing of different
generations at a community event or an image displaying the
changing architectecture in your local area for example.
