The supported housing team in Bromley have set up a partners group that meets with a number of local agencies providing support services in the local area.
The aim of the group is to promote joint working, share good
practice and identify changes in services which affect the people
we support. We currently have approximately 12 different agencies
in attendance and would be happy for others to join us.
