Bromley Resident Area Panel
Welcome to Wendie Roche, new chair of the Bromley
RAP
Wendie has lived in social
housing for six years now and is passionate about where she
lives. Wendie, a regular RAP attendee, has the following to
say about the RAP, “The Resident Area Panel provides an ideal
opportunity for residents to voice their opinion on issues which
affect them personally. In addition to chairing the RAP
meetings, I see my role of Chair as being
two-fold;
(a) to be an intermediary
between residents and the management of Affinity Sutton to ensure
that any concerns are dealt with in a timely and professional way
and
(b) to encourage more
residents to become involved in the RAP.”
“If you share my passion,
come along to the Bromley RAP meetings where you will have the
opportunity of meeting with the Resident Involvement Team and to
become involved in the decision-making process which will in turn
help to improve the services which we
receive. "
