Girls' Empowerment Programme
The Affinity Sutton Girl’s Empowerment Programme delivered by
Crystal Palace Football Foundation aims to engage young women
between the ages of 11 – 19, to participate in fun and positive
physical and sporting activities which will help to build self
confidence and life skills.
The programme designed by participants encourages young women to
get their voice heard and share opinions about what issues they
face in a structured environment.
The programme is led by female coaches.
