Ray Heard newly appointed chair for the East and South-east
London RAP.
Ray is a resident at Village Court
in Blackheath, London SE3, who as chair of the steering group and
then the residents' board saw through the transfer of Village Court
from the London Borough of Lewisham to Broomleigh (part of Affinity
Sutton). He played a very active role in the various stages of
refurbishment of Village Court. Although not still part of the
residents’ board he’s very involved in organising community events
for Village Court, and is very committed to ensuring that the
residents there maintain a close relationship with Affinity Sutton
to maintain and improve services.
