Estate Signage

 

Affinity Sutton are carrying out a national project to replace the signage on our estates. Much of the signage we have around the country is poor quality, broken, or out-of-date. We will be replacing the old signs with signs which are clearer, better looking and easier to read.

The designs are based on resident feedback we received from pilots we did in Bromley and Bolton. The signs will be built to last, making a big improvement to the appearance of our estates.

Mid Sussex is one of the first areas to get the new signage and we will be on site replacing your signs from the start of November.

Please note that this doesn’t include older people’s housing. This will be replaced at a later date and we will let you know when we are planning to install these.
