A message from your Chair - Sue Williams

The South West RAP members are a great and positive group of residents who are working hard towards change and understanding our housing provider. Hopefully through these meetings we can achieve and resolve issues we all have as tenants. I am sure that with our input and support Affinity Sutton will gain a greater understanding of tenant issues and will see the positive role tenants are able to play within the organisation.

As a group we are working hard on all our priority issues. To date we have worked on repairs, planned maintenance, ASB, briefly touched on Parks and community facilities and at this latest RAP meeting had a wonderful presentation from FLASH, a group of young people, illustrating some of the work to date around Youth Involvement in the South West.

I would like to take this opportunity to say a big Thank You to all of our hard working involved tenants who give their time freely to support in ensuring that we work together for mutual benefit.
