This will be the fourth meeting of the West and South West London RAP.
At this meeting we will be looking at Complaints Handling and
Consultation and Feedback. The issues surrounding Rubbish and
Skips and Office Openings were discussed at the previous meeting
and we will be providing feedback on those areas giving details of
the service improvements that are to be put in place.
