Shed Painting on Sutton Estate, Chelsea

The idea was to have 30 Affinity Sutton Area Housing Staff carry out a gardening and community regeneration project at the Sutton Estate in Chelsea, this included the painting and renovation of 34 run down shed doors on the Sutton Estate.  Sue Cooper (Head of Housing, London) and Natalie Down (Resident Liaision Manager) asked Apollo to support the event, so they sent 3 apprentices to Chelsea to sand down the 34 shed doors and undercoat all the doors to have them ready for their final coat of paint (which was to be applied by the Affinity Team). Apollo also donated, brushes, rollers, trays, overalls, gloves and paint for the project.
