Kidsgrove Office

At Affinity Sutton we are always looking at how we can improve the way we provide services.

Over the past few years the services we have historically provided from our local estate offices have changed and the majority of these are now provided from specialised teams.

We are currently reviewing our local office and workshop accommodation to make sure they are used to their potential and provide value for money.

At Kidsgrove the office and workshop accommodation is empty and not used.

We recently wrote to our customers and private owners who live close to the site at Kidsgrove advising that we propose to demolish this office. Following feedback from private owners we are now reviewing our plans.
