Trent Vale Office to Close

At Affinity Sutton we are always looking at how we can improve the way we provide services.  

Over the past few years the services we have historically provided from our local estate offices have changed and the majority of these are now provided from specialised teams.

We are currently reviewing our local office and workshop accommodation to make sure they are used to their potential and provide value for money.

At Trent Vale there are no longer any staff based at this office and the workshop accommodation is now empty and not used. The office is currently open once a week for a housing surgery, however this is poorly attended.

We have recently written to our customers at Trent Vale advising that we plan to close this office and encouraging their feedback on our proposals to move to an appointment based system with their housing officer.
