How to apply
Affinity Sutton has waiting lists for housing transfers in
some areas. Find out which areas we
have open transfer lists.
If you wish to move to an area that is listed
you can get an idea of whether you’re eligible by using our
housing
options wizard. Once you’ve looked at the options it
suggests for you, if you would like to apply for a transfer, you
can do this by completing the online registration form. The online
registration form is part of our new choice based lettings system
called Affinity Sutton Home Choice.
If you wish to move to an area that is
not listed then you will need to
contact the local council direct for the area
you want to move to. The council you apply to will inform you as to
whether you'll be placed on their waiting list.
Many of the councils we work with operate
their own choice based lettings scheme to allocate properties. This
means that there may be a wider choice of properties on their
schemes.
