Ways to pay

Online

To pay via the Allpay website you will need your Allpay 19 digit card number (the number across the middle of your allPay card).

First time users are required to enter and confirm a password for security and an email address of the cardholder to receive payment confirmation, so you must have a valid email address. The secure website accepts Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch (Maestro) and Solo logo bank cards. An online payment usually appears on your rent account the next working day.

Direct debit

This is probably the best and easiest way to pay with no queues and because it goes direct from your bank account it ensures your rent always gets paid on time.

If you would like to pay by direct debit, you can either download the Direct Debit form or contact us and we can arrange for a direct debit form to be sent to you.

Standing order

If you wish to pay by standing order you'll need to go into your bank or building society or log in to your personal online banking account to set this up.

Please make cheques payable to Affinity Sutton Homes Ltd, and send to Maple House, 157-159 Masons Hill, Bromley, Kent, BR2 9HY.

At any Post Office or PayPointPaypoint logo

Use your rent card to pay at any post office by cash, cheque or using your debit card.

Also, look out for the PayPoint sign at your local shop, newsagent or petrol station and use your rent card to pay there with cash – making sure you keep hold of your receipt.Post Office logo

  • Post Office maximum payment per transaction £999 cash, debit card or cheque made payable to Post Office LTD.
  • Paypoint outlets – local newsagents and garages. The maximum payment transaction £124.99 but if you need to pay more than this it will allow multiple transactions.
