Payment of rent and other charges

We recently sent you a letter telling you about the recent amalgamation of the three housing associations, Broomleigh, Downland and William Sutton into one company called Affinity Sutton Homes Limited.

From 1 October 2011, all rent and other charges including service charges (if applicable) in respect of your home are payable to Affinity Sutton Homes Limited including any arrears you owed to any of the above associations.

Below we have outlined how this may affect the way you pay your rent.

Direct Debit or Standing Order – you do not need to make any changes but your statement will show that you have paid Affinity Sutton Homes Limited.

Rent Payment Card (Allpay) – You should continue using the card you already have but you will receive a new card in the next few weeks – please use this new card straight away and destroy the old card. You can continue to pay at the usual places.

Cheque – please make cheques payable to Affinity Sutton Homes Ltd, and send to Maple House, 157-159 Masons Hill, Bromley, Kent, BR2 9HY.
