If you have a maintenance problem with
your home you can now report your repair online by clicking on the
'report online' box below.
What repairs can I report online?
All non-emergency household, heating, plumbing and electrical
repairs. This includes repairs in communal areas too.
You can't report emergency repairs online
Emergency repairs must be reported by telephone. Find out
what repairs are classed as 'emergency repairs'.
What happens when I report a repair online?
You'll receive an email to say that your
repair has been logged and we'll direct the repair to the right
contractor. In most cases the contractor will call you to
arrange a convenient appointment.
You should expect a response within two
working days and your repair will be completed within the target
timeframe as outlined in our service
standards.
New build homes
Please note - If your home was build within
the last twelve months, the repair may be classed as a
‘defect’. This means it is the responsibility of the builder
to complete. This repair will be put right when other defects
are scheduled in to your block/road.
