Please note that this future works year plan is subject review (based on funding, stock condition surveys and formal consultation), so there may be changes from time to time.

In most cases, we'll only consider replacing items where they are no longer economical to repair.

Nearer the time we propose to start the work, we'll write to all residents affected by these works, with more information.

Work may vary from property to property.

We'll keep residents informed at key stages of each project, as appropriate.

In the meantime, if you have any repairs or health & safety concerns, please report them to your usual repairs contractor.
