Telling us what you think and getting involved means that you can influence and make a difference to what happens in your home and your local community.

From making a complaint or providing us with feedback, to being part of a residents' association, you can have input at a variety of levels to suit you.

Around 100 residents attended this year's National Residents' Conference.

At the conference, residents identified what our priorities for next year should be and what improvements have been made in the past year based on their feedback and involvement.
