 Thurza Cheshire - Resident Involvement Manager
I am responsible for the resident involvement
activity in the North including training, events and setting up new
ways of getting involved in each local area. I managed the
pilots of Green Inspectors, Void Inspectors and Performance
Auditors which are now being rolled out across the country. A
big part of my role is working closely with involved residents
across the North, alongside colleagues from our team, Housing and
Community Investment, to deliver service improvements. I also
the Resident Involvement lead for the Anti Social Behaviour Task
Team and the Voids & Lettings Service Task Team.

 Daniel Duggan - Resident Involvement
Officer
My main role is to promote Resident
Involvement across the North, supporting new and existing residents
who wish to be involved through training, development and providing
a range of ways to take part. In addition I assess, process,
monitor and manage the Inspiring Communities Grant
applications. I also lead on the LGBT Forum and help
facilitate focus groups on a range of issues.

McCormack - Resident Involvement Coordinator
I coordinate the administration for the East,
London and North Regions including arranging transport to meetings
for residents and processing expenses claims. I also work on
a range of other projects including the Outreach Enablement Forum
and running focus groups.
